Dr. Stephanie Nishek began her journey as a children's book author in 2017. With a focus on inclusion and self-confidence, her books aim to inspire young readers and promote positive representation.

 Her inspiration came after her son was diagnosed with mild hearing loss and later with 22Q Deletion Syndrome and Autism. In addition to being a mother and children's book author, she is a Naturopathic Doctor, small business owner, and professional writer and speaker within the Naturopathic and Functional Medicine circuits.
